Recently, we have made a purchase of a home. I really like the house but the backyard and frontyard needed a little work. We didnt even see any grass or shrubs at all. Our real estate agent told us that it is great backyard with a blank slate. She was really correct about the blank slate. Immediately, I made a call to my sprinkler guy for an estimate. I have used him for some other houses too. He has always done quality work for me in the past but his prices are sort of high. So, I know that I am paying for quality of work. He came in the next few days and he was finish with the front and backyard with no problems at all. One piece of advice that I would give to a new home owner. Please make sure that you get a sprinkler system in your house. It wil save you a lot of time and energy. You will be able to enjoy your yard a bit more too.
