(Recommended 2. Neatly pack up your console (console only, no faceplate, no cords etc) with plenty of packing. Please, also include a small description of the exact problem. 3. Send the console to our facility (buyer responsible for initial shipping, return shipping included in price) Once we get your console...

1. We will inspect the console to ensure it qualifies for our repair service. 2. Then we will send you a confirmation email stating that we have received and inspected the unit. We will also include a detailed description of our findings so you know exactly what went wrong. 3. Next, we will perform the repair. We usually repair the console the same day it arrives. If not, it will be done the following day. 4. After all repairs have been performed; we then send the console to our testing department where we test the system to ensure the system is working properly. 5. Next, we'll pack up the system and send it back to you fixed and ready to go! (Sorry, but no local pick-up at this time) Again, we will pay the return shipping costs but you will be responsible for sending the unit to our facility.

We recommend a carrier that offers tracking and insurance as we are not at all liable for lost or damaged packages. Your repair will be covered for 90 days, 30 days if your console had a broken Microsoft seal. Within the warranty period, if you have any problems, send it back and we'll repair it again. If we are unable to fix it after it has been returned, we will return the system and refund your original payment. Shipping expenses are nonrefundable. Please note that if your console is being sent to us for a drive replacement, you could be billed for additional parts if needed. We will let you know prior to ordering or completing the repair if any other parts are needed. We have several replacement parts on hand but if we do not have the part, we will need to order it. We will ship your console back to you FREE of charge. You are responsible for any/all shipping charges for sending your broken unit to our facility. Once, you have paid for the item.
