Staying Positive at Work

I strongly believe everyone in the organization must have some kind of confidence in their leader. I have worked at a lot of schools where the teacher lack the confidence in the leader at the school. It was really hard to work there because the teachers were always second guessing the principal or doing other counter productive things at the school. If, the principal at the school wanted to do something to impact the students and teachers at the school. It seems like they had to get the approval by the board members to get anything done at this school. It is really sad because the students and teachers are really missing out on a lot of wonderful opportunities.
