Great people always have a wonderful vision for their ideas. I strongly believe in this quote because you have maintain a strong believe in your vision or concept. Many times, we are always looking forward to the end results but we never understand the little goals to achieve the vision. Great leaders are always working backwards to see their visions come to past. When many leaders set goals for their companies, they have a certain timeline to accomplish these goals in backwards fashion. These leaders are set in their minds to accomplish these goals that the little setbacks never seem to distract them at all. They see distractions as a part of the process of getting to the determine goal.
