“It’s useful to read, observe, and imitate the practices of leaders you admire. It’s about learning the fundamentals. You’ll discover over time what fits you, and what does not. As when trying on new clothes, you’ll learn that on you some things look ridiculous and others bring out the best in you.” Looking Out

As a teacher, we are always looking for other great teachers or world leaders to imitate. You can always learn something. When, I first started teaching. My school’s principal only wanted me to see the competent teachers at the school when I first started teaching. I had a hard time watching some of these teachers because their teaching style wasn’t like me. I only took away the good teaching qualities that I could use in my classroom. You are never going to imitate someone who isn’t a good teacher or a leader in the world. Many times, I would use some of their ideas but I fooling myself in many ways.
