In our profession, you get a chance to teach a life lesson to students’ everyday. In many sectors, it is very hard to accomplish this at all. Each person has a certain type of agenda to complete by a certain time. Sometimes, I will stop my educational lessons because the whole group isn’t up to speed with the rest of the class. I hate leaving certain students behind in the class but we have a lot of pressure to stay on our pacing chart. So, I have the students working in groups of 5 or 6 to help each other with their class work. The group leader in my classroom is responsible to help teach a certain concept learn in the classroom. They will teach this information to other group members. Then, I will pick one student from the group and they will present their group work to the whole class.
